Reynaldo R. Caudillo
Reynaldo Caudillo is the Founder and President of Los Caudillos International Inc., (LCII), a New Jersey-based Hispanic business and market consultancy, dedicated to helping companies reach and capture their share of the rapidly growing and underserved U.S. Hispanic market. He also worked for the INSIGHT Research Corporation where he served as the SVP of Multicultural Marketing.
Rey had a 25-year career at AT&T where he held various managerial positions. He is the President Emeritus of the Morris County Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce, where under his leadership he represented the interest of over 300 Hispanic and non-Hispanic businesses.
Rey is a graduate of the Leadership Morris Program and has served on the Boards of Project Acorn, Morris Tomorrow and the Neighborhood House. Currently he serves on the Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs Board. Rey completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Management. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business from the University of Illinois.
Rey resides in Morris Township with his wife Judy.
