Getting Involved Couldn't Be Easier

Our acclaimed programs could not serve the families of our community without the generosity of time, talent and treasure from supportive individuals and corporate groups. We are very grateful for your help in any way possible.

We have an endless number of opportunities! Work with children or seniors; teach or create; celebrate holidays or organize events; and work individually or as a team. No matter what your talent or availability, we have an interesting opportunity for you to make a difference.

Nearly 1,200 volunteers gave more than 11,500 hours of service

Matching gifts from your Employer

Did you know you may be able to easily double, or even triple, the impact of your gift?  Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and employees’ spouses.

If you volunteer with us, your company may also provide a grant to Cornerstone Family Programs as a way to recognize your volunteer efforts.

Please ask if your employer has a Matching Gifts Program!

Join our 1813 Legacy Society

By making a planned gift to Cornerstone Family Programs you’ll join a remarkable group of people who’ve made a lasting philanthropic mark in this world. Members of the 1813 Legacy Society leave a specific dollar amount or asset to CFP in their will, or make a residual bequest, which provides CFP a portion of their estate after other bequests and expenses are paid. Other options include naming CFP as a beneficiary of an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) or life insurance policy, or deeding property to CFP. Planned gifts can provide tax benefits to your estate. For more information, please contact Director of Development, Gwenn Heller-DellaPelle, at or (973) 538-5260 ext. 316

Emma Halper is a 7th grader from Randolph who has been running a 6 week basketball clinic for our 3rd grade girls. Emma has been assisting our organization as a part of a service component for her Bat Mitzvah project. She is a long time basketball player and has been teaching our Neighborhood House girls all of the skills and drills they need to know! Many of our girls have not played basketball before, one of them said “It’s so much fun & I am getting better every week!” The 3rd graders are having a blast thanks to Emma’s wonderful teaching! After the clinic is over Emma will be returning to help tutor in our homework center.
Thanks for all of your help Emma!
