Community Development

(En EspaƱol)

Cornerstone Family Programs and the Morristown Neighborhood House believe in helping individuals and communities live up to their full potential and build stronger, more resilient neighborhoods, individuals and groups. Our focus is on helping the community identify and build on existing assets and leverage the unique capabilities of its members. We strive to engage individuals, community groups, organizations, decision makers and administrators, and other stakeholders to identify emerging needs, create positive change, and build stronger communities.
One way to get involved is to join the Morristown Neighborhood House Advisory Committee.
Also, we have a lot of fun ways to get involved with the community!  Please join us for one of our events.
Community Family Day
This free outdoor summer event in Morristown strengthens ties among different cultures in our community and provides valuable resources to families, with healthy lifestyle and nutrition tips, live music and fun activities. Community members take center stage to showcase their talents, including poetry reading, singing, rapping and dancing.  Enjoy games, crafts and much more!  For additional information, please call 973-538-1229.
Breakfast with Santa
During the month of December we celebrate the holidays by inviting our families to join Santa for breakfast and gifts at Morristown Neighborhood House.  For more information, call 973-538-1229.
