Pathways to WorkFree
About this course
Pathways to Work aims to integrate and acclimate adults and families into our community’s workforce through resources and connections to employers.
The program allows participants to build paths of self-sufficiency and financial stability. Pathways to Work also offers educational opportunities related to job skills such as carpentry, painting, housekeeping, and related trades. Additionally, participants are given lessons in language, safety, civics, and workers’ rights and duties.
Pathways to Work is a huge success that brings together community members and companies in our community, and establishes Cornerstone as a resource that brings security and opportunity to all.
