2020 Annual Spring Gala
Dear Cornerstone Friends,
It is with heavy hearts that we had to cancel the Roaring Twenties Spring Gala at The Meadow Wood on Friday, April 3rd.
Due to the guidance of health officials to avoid large social gatherings, we plan to substitute the traditional Gala with an online auction, ad journal, and a social media campaign recognizing our honorees Andrew J. O’Connor and the Morristown-Beard School and of course you, our loyal supporters.
There are no words that can express how we are feeling right now. In these uncertain times, we are concerned about you, your families, and our community. Your willingness to support our organization and our community especially during this time is much appreciated. The Gala is our largest fundraising event and, in addition to annual pledges, including support from individuals, corporations and foundations, is a major source of funding for Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House. If you have already purchased tickets or a table for the in-person Gala, we are deeply grateful for your tremendous support. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Gwenn DellaPelle at 973-288-9241 or email@example.com. You will be receiving additional detailed information about our planned online auction and activities in the very near future.
We are looking forward to next year’s Gala at The Meadow Wood on April 17, 2021! If you have already bought your Flapper dress or Roaring Twenties suit, please hold onto it and be ready to wear it next year!
Your kindness and generosity enable us to fulfill our mission despite this health crisis. Again, we are deeply grateful for your support of those in need and we hope everyone stays healthy.
