Dennis develops, evaluates and refines enterprise-wide initiatives for attracting, engaging and retaining the right talent to support the system’s mission to build healthier communities and care for its caregivers. He provides strategic direction for talent acquisition, workforce experience, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, productivity management and team member communications.

Prior to joining Atlantic Health, Dennis worked in talent acquisition for Virtua Health and Synerfac Technical Staffing. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management & Marketing from William Paterson University and a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He proudly serves as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration.
