Biography
Pamela DeMassi, Director, Grants and Program Development is an accomplished development professional with significant operations experience and track record in developing, writing, and acquiring grants and contracts from government, corporate and private foundations and encompassing a broad knowledge-base and skills in program development, performance measurement, marketing, strategic planning, and research, specializing in hospital-based acute care, non-profit and academic settings. Her expertise in program development led to the growth and expansion of specialized community programs. In 2020, she was successful in acquiring the prestigious Impact 100 Garden State Grant Award of $100K to fund youth education and workforce development at CFP. DeMassi holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Pamela held several leadership positions in New Jersey Healthcare systems including Trinitas, Atlantic Health, RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Behavioral Health – distinguished leaders in psychiatry and behavioral health disciplines. One of her most rewarding experiences in her professional career was as Project Director of It’s-For-U-NJ 9/11, a 5M federally funded statewide counseling program for NJ Residents and New York Commuters impacted by the events of September 11, 2001. The 9/11 campaign was sponsored by the Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Justice and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Behavioral HealthCare.
