Biography
Roslynn is the Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, the global leader in commercial data, analytics, and insights for businesses. In this role, Roslynn leads the global teams of Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Learning & Development, Customer Training, Total Rewards, Sales Compensation and HR Operations and Systems. Roslynn also serves as an executive coach and advisor to the executive team.
Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership and executive development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational design and effectiveness; her background in product management, business process transformation and operations also inform her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Roslynn was the founder of Madison Lewis Group, a consulting company focused on executive leadership, coaching and learning and development programs. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at AOL, with executive management roles in Human Resources, Digital Advertising and Shared Service Centers. Prior to that, Roslynn was with Cap Gemini, specializing in ERP system implementations for Fortune 500 companies.
Roslynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
