About The Program

Our innovative model supports over a dozen early childcare centers in Morris County. ECRT aims to build resilience, strengthen protective factors, and reduce risks hindering healthy social and emotional development in young children. Our early childhood specialist is dedicated to providing resources to care providers and families.

Through promotion, prevention, and intervention we offer:

Crisis intervention services for staff regarding a child’s behavior and a support plan

Workshops for families on social and emotional child development and how to create a home environment that supports their well-being.

Supporting staff in creating a more pro-social learning environment.

Modeling and coaching effective strategies for teaching appropriate social skills.
