About The Program
Our earn and learn model hires eligible high school students (14-18yrs) for paid internships. Through on the job training, mentorship and mandatory professional development workshops teens learn valuable career readiness and life skills all while earning a paycheck. Teens are trained in business etiquette, communication, financial wellness, leadership, critical thinking and more! Community-based internship experiences at local area businesses help teens build a foundation for success.
