Biography

Lexi Lopez is a Senior Manager of Awards & Recognition with Century 21 Real Estate LLC (Realogy brand) where she assists brokers and agents with reports and tools to track transaction production, as well as manage the system’s customer satisfaction survey program. She hosts several learning events where she shares best practices, reviews reports, and provides walk throughs of important tools and systems pertinent to the office’s and agent’s business success.

Lexi knows how important it is to be a team player, inspirer, and motivator, on both a professional and personal level. Her personal motto is “Always find a way to uplift someone: either be a mentor or share words of inspiration and motivation. Not only does it make others happy, but it fulfills your soul.”

Lexi has worked at Realogy for 24 years (Jan 1997-present) and has held several positions throughout the company, giving her the opportunity to learn more about the real estate industry and network with other colleagues.

Lexi is the Former Chair of the One Voz Hispanic and Latino Employee Resource Group (2017-2021) where she lead and managed a diverse group of volunteer members within the organization to provide an inclusive cultural environment where employees can engage, exchange information, encourage professional growth, and attract diverse talent, which empowers Realogy as an employer of choice.

Lexi is a NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer, where she delivers the important ten disciplines for anyone to adopt to lead healthier financial and personal lives. Within her first year of being certified, she has bee able to deliver this message to over 1,000 people, that includes Realogy employees, Century 21 offices, and outside community members. Because of her driven passion to share these disciplines, she was named the 2020 NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer of the Year.

Lexi is also a proud HISPA Role Model (https://hispa.org/) since 2018, where she delivers career oriented presentations to middle school children and talks about how important education is, about being proud of where she comes from, and about perseverance and goal setting. She shares her life experiences and instills motivation and inspiration to children at various schools that are mostly cased in minority communities.

Lexi is also a mother to four teen daughters, Nathalia (19), Marissa (18), Jaiylnn (15), and Brianna (14) and her fur baby, Jadey Girl. She was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey being 1 of 5 children, to a Puerto Rican mother and Ecuadorian father. She is the eldest of her parents’ children and from an early age was instilled with the core values (integrity, patience, empathy, respect, inclusive, caring, loving) of being a good role model for her siblings, which she still makes sure she is to not only her family, but to her children, to her community, to her church, and to her workplace.
