Fred Karamanol has a lengthy career as a Business Performance Advisor for Insperity, specializing in advising his clients on Human Resources Strategy. His focus is growing net earnings as it relates to the human cost, risk, and impact on different types of organizations. He holds an additional certification (CBPA) through the University of Houston – C. T. Bauer College of Business. Achievements include numerous President Club Awards, 6-time Chairman’s Club, and 2011 Rookie of the Year, Member of ACG NJ (Golf Committee). Fred resides in Succasunna NJ with his wife Emilia, daughter Ivy and dog named Guinness.
